Tom is a software engineer who became a board-certified physician in emergency medicine and clinical informatics. He designed the first computerized ED patient callback system and founded Auscura in 2012. Tom is a national speaker on topics related to value-based care.

Julie is a former patient experience director for a large healthcare system. She has presented at major PX conferences, including Beryl, Cleveland Clinic, Planetree, and Press Ganey. Julie also co-created the nationally recognized communication standard, G.R.E.A.T.™

Renee is an experienced healthcare leader. She was a VP for Riverside Health System and then a sales executive for InQuicker, the consumer engagement and e-scheduling platform by Carenet Health (formerly Stericycle). She has served on the BOD of several non-profit organizations and as a Councilwoman in Smithfield, VA.
