Step 1 - Generate a Survey

• ​Click here to enter the secure server
• Enter username = NL
• Enter password = nL123456 (case sensitive)
• Click Survey/Send Demo tab (on left)
• Select appropriate survey definition
  • e.g., Follow-up–English/Adult
• Enter mobile number (or email), and click Send

Step 2 - Complete Survey

• Click survey link (sent to patient}
• Complete the survey

Step 3 - Review the Survey

• Go to AIM/Responses (from tabs on the left)

• Click on a Patient Name (hyperlinked) and review the comments

Step 4 - Create a Response

• Go to Select Template and pick a pre-written message template
•  Edit as necessary and click Send SMS​​

Step 5 - View the Response

• ​Click response link (sent to patient}
• ​View the response
